Despite there being over 30 marinas in Mallorca alone, it is often impossible to find a mooring of the correct size for your boat as most moorings for sale or rent never reach the open market!

Acting as agents for our clients, we will locate a suitable mooring in the desired marina and negotiate the best possible purchase or rental price.

Legal services

We will also provide legal services to ensure that the deed of ownership or rental on your mooring is legally recorded.
